Meet the speakers and staff of International Gospel Hour
Please take a moment or two to meet the Christians working with International Gospel Hour.
Winford Claiborne succeeded V.E. Howard, founder of International Gospel Hour. For nearly two decades he was been the voice of our broadcasts. Though Winford died in November 2014, IGH still airs his 5-minute broadcasts in some markets.
Jody Apple started working part time with International Gospel Hour in August 2013. He assumed the role of principal speaker in January 2015. He has been preaching and teaching full-time since January 1978. He, and his wife, Evelyn, are the parents of three adult children.
Lisa Kee (center in photo) and her husband, Larry (second from left), live in the Fayetteville, TN area. They are the parents of two daughters (Rachel and Beth) and one son (Joshua). Lisa handles the bookkeeping, mailing and helps with the followup work to those who respond to IGH programs.
Chuck Richardson, one of the elders at the Walnut Church of Christ in Texarkana, TX, started working with V.E. Howard in 1980. For more than a third of a century Chuck has handled the tech support for IGH. He is responsible for everything audio, including editing files and program distribution to local stations.
